Mindfulness meditation helps us reduce stress, cultivate peace of heart and mind, and deepen spiritual awareness. This 45-minute workshop introduces the practice of connecting to our present-moment experience through silent, seated meditation on the breath. Although meditation is drawn from the Buddhist tradition, today it is widely practiced by people across religions and in secular contexts such as hospitals, psychological settings, and schools. All are welcome!

A light breakfast will be served afterwards.
$10 for non-students, $5 for students with valid student ID (includes breakfast)
Space is limited and pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
No previous experience with meditation necessary.
